Golu Photos - Another Photo Blog

Here are some photos of more Navarathri Golus (doll displays).
These Golus were too big to capture with my S30 in one shot. So I had to take multiple shots and stitch them to create these...


This one was by far the best (would give golus in Madras a run for their money)

My stitching didnt work very well. Got 3/4 photos to stitch... still this gives you an idea of how big this golu was

rags, I miss the sundal too. . (actually this bull*(^*% tradition of not keeping golu is limited only to my fathers side of the family. all my mothers sisters keep golu ..

most of these golu padi's were purchased from Home depot!

or made by using cardboard boxes that were already there in the house.

ps. these are pictures of friends golus. that isthe info from them.
